Yes. You can choose a vanity toll free number and use it with your RingCentral account. Ordering a vanity number normally takes 7-to-10 days. How long does it take to activate a new RingCentral account?
Your RingCentral account is activated immediately after you sign up. During your 7-day free trial, you will be given 30 minutes to use and test the service.

In case I cancel my RingCentral service, will I be able to keep my RingCentral number?
You own the toll free number you get with your RingCentral account. If you had at least one month of subscription and if your account is in good standing, then you can keep your number. Local numbers are non-transferrable at this time.

Do I need additional phone lines or equipment for RingCentral?
No. RingCentral does not require additional hardware. The unified messaging service from RingCentral is a stand-alone service. You can answer all incoming calls from your existing phone lines if you connect them to your RingCentral number. You can also use your PC to answer calls, read faxes and get voicemails 24/7 through the RingCentral Call Controller. Call Controller is an exclusive RingCentral feature that lets you take calls straight from your PC.

How much does RingCentral charge per minute of call?
RingCentral bills you in 30-second increments rounded to the nearest half minute, both for calls and fax transactions. (A fax uses around one minute for each page.) So if your call lasted for 1.47 minutes, you will be billed for 1.5 minutes. There is no double billing for forwarded calls. Visit the pricing page for more information about how you can purchase additional minutes. Premium plan subscribers can purchase minutes in large blocks.

Can I switch to a different pricing plan any time I choose to?
Yes. Your RingCentral account is scalable to your changing needs as a business. You can change your current subscription plan at any time through your online account. Your existing payments will be prorated.

No. You can get your messages in your online account and your email inbox for free. You also get text message notifications and voicemails from local numbers for free.

Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. During the 7-day free trial, you are not charged for any service that you use unless you activate your account within the trial period. If you do not cancel after the trial period, your account will be automatically activated and billed.
