Can I send to any fax machine? >>

Yes. With RingCentral Internet Fax, you can send faxes to any fax machine in the US or overseas.

Can I send from any application? >>

Yes. As soon as you sign up, RingCentral is integrated with Microsoft® Windows. You’ll see a RingCentral fax icon on your Windows applications—such as Outlook®, Word, etc. When you click the fax button, your document will be converted to a fax and sent to any fax machine with a US or international number.

How do I install integrated fax? >>

To install integrated fax, as well as Microsoft Outlook® integration, download and install the free real-time call management tool, Call Controller™.

What are the system requirements for installing integrated fax? >>

The system requirements for installing integrated fax are as follows:

– Windows XP, Vista, 7

Pentium or above processor or compatible
Minimum of 512MB of memory
200MB of hard drive space

– Mac OS 10.4 Tiger or latest

G4 500 Mhz or any Intel processor
512 MB of memory
30 MB of hard drive space

Can I block junk faxes? >>

Yes. As opposed to a traditional fax machine, RingCentral Internet Fax lets you block junk faxes as easily as you block junk email. You’ll save time and money on printing costs.

Can I also receive phone calls on my RingCentral number? >>

Yes. Your RingCentral number can be used for both fax and voice. You’ll also get sophistical business-value features, providing you with flexible communications options.

How can I electronically sign faxes? >>

We’ll walk you through how to easily create a bitmap of your signature and then fax the signature to yourself or scan it and save it to your hard-drive. Once saved, you add the file as a Stamp in the RingCentral FaxEditor application. Adding it to whatever document you want to fax is as simple as clicking your mouse.

How can I broadcast faxes to multiple people? >>

In your online account, you can create “groups” of contacts and then easily send faxes to those groups.
