Visual Voicemail FAQs 
Do I have to pay an additional fee to have visual voicemail? >>
No. Visual Voicemail comes free with every RingCentral subscription. You can immediately use it upon signing up for RingCentral.
Where are my messages stored? >>
Aside from your visual voicemail list, all your messages and faxes are also stored in your RingCentral Mobile account and your email account. You can save them indefinitely in your computer by downloading or copying the files. When you delete a message from the list, it is also removed from your online call logs.
Can I forward a visual voicemail message? >>
Yes. In the same way that you can forward messages through email or your RingCentral Mobile account, you can also forward any fax or voicemail message through visual voicemail.
Will I still receive my messages online? >>
Yes. Your faxes and voicemail messages arrive in your email inbox, your RingCentral Mobile account, and in your visual voicemail. This way, you can access your messages in whichever way is most convenient for you.
Can I respond to my voicemail messages? >>
Yes. You can return a call by selecting “Call Back”. Your RingCentral number automatically dials the number of the voicemail sender. You can also delete any message you select, or let it stay in your visual voicemail inbox for reference.
