View Caller ID information on all incoming calls to your company’s RingCentral number.

• Incoming Caller ID is displayed, when available, with all incoming calls.
• When incoming Caller id matches a contact in your account, the name is also displayed.
• Caller ID is also stored in the call logs, whether you’ve received or missed a call, for easy callback.
• You can even apply answering rules based on Caller ID information, such as receiving a call from an important client or screening for unwanted telemarketers.

Outbound Caller ID allows you to select both the name and number you would like to appear on your recipient’s Caller ID.

• Display Caller ID information from your company, individual extensions or departments.
• Use the RingOut feature to show your Caller ID when using a phone outside your RingCentral system, such as a mobile phone or a hotel room.
