With dial-by-name directory, you can make your phone system interactive and more systematic for your callers. A caller is greeted by your auto-attendant and is asked for the first or last name of the person they want. The auto-attendant then supplies the extension number of that person to the caller on the line.

Select the extensions you want to include in your directory from your RingCentral online control center. A wizard guides you through the whole set up process.
