Get your voicemails online or through your phone Choose how you want to receive your voicemails. Even if you’re out of the office, you can still get your voicemails by logging in to your RingCentral online account through your PC or mobile phone. Through the Call Controller, you can change your settings for voicemail and forward messages to any number or extension in your phone system.

Set up multiple mailboxes You can set up voicemail boxes in as many extensions as you need through your RingCentral online control center. All the extensions in your Virtual PBX can be equipped with voice and fax mailboxes, as well as other features to help you save time in retrieving your messages.

Return calls online The RingCentral RingOut Click-to-call feature lets you return calls with just a click of the mouse. It also features instant call-back by phone, wherein you just have to press a number dictated by the auto-attendant to return a call that was sent to voicemail. This rids you of the need to write down numbers and avoids mistakes of dialing the wrong number.
