Visual Voicemail makes managing your RingCentral messages a breeze.

With visual voicemail you can:

• Listen to your voicemail in any order. View your messages from a list and retrieve them in any order you like—you won’t have to listen to unimportant messages first.
• Caller information. Messages are labeled by either their caller ID number or their contact name (if the message is from a caller in your iPhone contacts list). You can also review message details, including timestamp information and message length.
• Keep an eye on your faxes. Visual voicemail makes it easy to keep track of your received faxes, too. Simply select a fax to get an instant preview—the same way you would with your email inbox.
• Use touch-and-go commands. Tap to return calls or to delete messages—you won’t have to dial numbers or labor through additional steps. Simply choose a voicemail or fax message and tap “Call Back” to return a call, or “Delete” to erase it from the list.
• Replay your messages on screen. Listen to your voicemail messages with more freedom. Play, pause, rewind or stop a message using the onscreen progress bar.
