Every great company started out small. Business success stories tell of small beginnings. Along with that, it is not uncommon to hear stories about hardships and struggles in the business. How does a business deal with growing pains? RingCentral Office is a virtual phone system which provides VoIP and web-based communication solutions. It is specifically designed to support the needs of a growing business. It eliminates the need for complex hardware and equipment that only large corporations can afford, but performs even better. When you sign up for the service, your new VoIP phone number is activated immediately. You do not have to wait before lines and cords are installed in your office. All you have to do is plug your IP phone unit to your computer, and start making calls.
With RingCentral Office, you can create virtual extensions to your main telephone number. This enables you to have a virtual office with teammates and employees in different locations. This gives the impression that you are working in a single large office, when in fact you may be operating simply from a home office. RingCentral Office includes other features which would let you manage your virtual office efficiently. The auto-attendant, for instance, answers every call to your RingCentral number and routes them to the right person. It takes note of your answering rules and call forwarding settings, letting you take calls when you want them, and through any phone you select. Unattended calls are automatically sent to voicemail which you can access anytime and anywhere there is an Internet connection. You can also send and receive faxes through the Internet fax feature that comes with you RingCentral office plan. Starting at CDN$ 49.99 a month, you can start making unlimited calls to and from anywhere in the US and Canada using your own RingCentral number and virtual office.
