Chief Customer Officer
An 11 year veteran of RingCentral, Faiza Hughell serves as Chief Customer Officer, focusing on the success of RingCentral’s customers across all markets and geographies including Customer Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation. She joined RingCentral in 2010 with a charter to scale SMB sales, helping drive growth through the company’s IPO in 2013. Hughell’s strategic oversight of sales and execution has been a critical driver of RingCentral’s overall business growth from $23 million to over $1.5 billion in annual recurring revenue.
During her tenure, she has built and scaled multiple teams across the sales organization, including Sales Development, BDR, Solutions Engineering & Small Business. Her passion is centered around empowering her customers and teams. Previously, Hughell held the title of Senior Vice President of SMB where she was responsible for the growth of RingCentral’s small business customer base and retention worldwide. Under her leadership, SMB business has grown by over half a billion dollars in revenue.
Hughell has been recognized by The Modern Sale and Collective[i] as a Top 100 Global Sales Leader for 2021, and was included in The Software Report's list of Top 50 Women Leaders in SaaS of 2021. She also received a 2016 Bronze Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year and a Tribute to Women of Silicon Valley Award for Female Empowerment in 2018. She is also a member of Fast Company’s Executive Board and has been a content contributor to Entrepreneur.
Prior to joining RingCentral, she built and led Small Business and Sales Development teams at Cisco WebEx. As a segment leader, Hughell was focused on Small Business Growth as well as eCommerce.
Hughell works with various charities that provide battered women with job training and interview skills training, using her business prowess to help others find a journey to success.
