Awesome alternative to landlines Pros: Easy to connect to phone or computer. Easy to have click-to-dial functionality. Clear connection and reception. Great mobile support Cons: I think it could possibly be improved, but I am happy with it.

After searching for a low cost phone and fax system, RingCentral provided the cheapest cost with the best options. They have the unlimited plan and I do not believe you will find a better deal out there. Price others for sending and receiving over 3000 faxes a month and as a small company you will not find a better deal. We can send and receive from our email client as well from the desktop and our smart phones. My plan even allows me to use my cell phone with a phone number provided by RingCentral that acts as a business line so it keeps our private lines private while giving the customer a phone number that rings to our office which is great for after hours. We have been with RingCentral for less than a year and we have also had great service with customer service. They are always friendly and willing to stay on as long as they can.

Easy VoIP Solution for Big or Small Businesses Pros: The softphone for RC is super easy to use, and the texting with attachments is a Godsend. In my business, a lot of my customers close via text, and I even use funny images and memes to market and follow up with them. Honestly, I'm not on the phone that much, so the texting is probably my absolute favorite feature, especially since there is an RC app I can install on my Android. Cons: Sometimes I have to log out and back in to get notifications about texts, but it's not all the time so not a big deal. Could be my computer, honestly. Overall: Smooth. Calls are clear, texting is easy and convenient, and being able to quickly set and change office hours, greetings, etc has made my work life much simpler.

Getting better The app has been getting better every update, can you place HUD display just like the desktop app? This would make it perfect!

It's a fine software for beginners Pros: It's gets the job done, connection is normally Good. Cons: The platform seems a bit out of date, the feel when using is a bit cumbersome. Not easy to use on client calls, but works fine for company calls

I worked here replacing all the lights. Upgrading to energy conserving LED's. They seem like a great place to work for. They have a free cafeteria for there employees, snacks, yoga studio, weight gym, showers, pool table, shuffle board, and lounge areas in every floor. That being said, the employees are pretty spoiled. We had to make all the lights dimmable as we went because they were to Bright.

Changes on the go Pros: I love that I can manipulate / control where calls are routed when something in the day goes off track we can adjust the phone calls accordingly Cons: there's a lag in first connecting the call to our automated attendant and we cannot use multiple messages (in a rotation) for our on-hold messaging Overall: It worked WONDERS when we moved offices... from my cell I could route calls to the office to wherever I was at the time. Once we had our new phone line working I could then flip the calls there. The client had no idea we were surrounded by boxes and only had one phone working!
