Ringcentral VoIP is a feature rich solution for your business phone system. Pros: Every feature you can think of is included and support is fast and resolves all issues. I like that I can access my phone using my PC or my mobile device as if I was in the office. Cons: The cost. It is pretty expensive compared to say VoIP service through an ISP provider. if it is within your budget and you need a robust feature set for your organization then you can't go wrong with RingCentral. Overall: A Seamless and hassle free VoIP phone system that has all the bells and whistles of an enterprise phone system.

Hard phone works well, Soft phone could use some work What do you like best? It’s reliable, saves my messages, and the hard phone works well. It’s reliable and easy to use. What do you dislike? Very frequent updates that take a long time with no added features. Soft phone features are hard to find - even when I’m always looking for the phone icon, it’s just not easy to use quickly. Recommendations to others considering the product It’s probably as good or better than competitors. For softphone integration into another program, they want to charge $17 extra per user, which is ludicrous. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A hard phone at my desk, with a soft phone option. For the most part it does the job.

Version : 10.0.3 Works great Seems to work as expected I can use this app to appear to be calling from my office phone. I can also use this app to answer my office phone while I’m away from the office. And no one knows I’m not really sitting at my desk unless they open my door and look :-)

Professional, yet Easy to Use What do you like best? RingCentral provides all the features of a call center or PBX system without all the hardware. VoIP phones are easy to use and program. What do you dislike? Occasionally, the phones lose connection with the internet and the system does not work. This has happened once or twice a year for the five years we've used the system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No PBX system to maintain. Less expensive than a traditional multiple-line account with a phone company.

RingCentral is a straightforward easy to use collaboration package Comments: Simple, straightforward and great quality! Pros: We primarily use RingCentral for dialing into video conferences, and from a participant standpoint, it is easy to install, setup and use. The call quality is top notch and there was no quality drops during our calls. Cons: It could use a bit more in terms of collaboration features. It is on par with Skype for Business in terms of features and adding a few more features would improve the sell-ability of the product.

Version : 10.0.3 App is great, Customer service, meh. App does what it says it will do. The problem with this app is that it’s tied to Ring Central. Once you sign up, you will be hounded by customer service reps, who are difficult to understand, always interrupting your work day to find out how great they are. If they were truly great, you’d never notice them until you needed them.

I’ve used Ring Central since I started my business in 2010. I started with a fax line and then explored the phone system, which was a huge cost savings over other systems I looked at, both with respect to hardware and software. The system is scalable and easy to manage. The website offers many reports and features. My favorite is getting faxes and voicemails as emails, so I can check them from anywhere and re-direct them as needed. The system is so good that it seems too good to be true, but that is not the case; Ring Central is the real deal! I couldn’t think of any way another phone provider could get our business. It’s reliable; too; I think we’ve had a total of less than three down days in eight years.

I find RingCentral to be very efficient and easy to work with for my needs Pros: I like being able to track calls on a call log that I can download into Excel. I can download call logs and use the Find option in Excel to check for numbers to prove the presence of calls. I use the RingCentral app on my smart phone. The ability to text as well as call is very helpful because so many people will read a text ahead of a voice message. Multiple users were not difficult to set up after support walked me through the process. Support was always helpful, although they did encourage me to learn to do things without them. Security is good; there are multiple places requiring a second login to reach. Having the fax option is most helpful. Cons: The interface is a little intimidating until you have worked with it for awhile. The tutorials were outdated when I began. Overall: The calls come through efficiently and effectively. I don't think I've ever had to say "RingCentral has messed something up." Consistently, quietly efficient.

Great, flexible telephone management system Pros: Once it is set up, it can handle all the telephone needs of a SMB. Rich feature set - most of what you could possibly want is available. Cons: Complicated and sometimes inflexible set up: call ease and quality is dependent on settings. Very occasionally buggy.
