I have nothing but good things to say about Ring Central. They are responsive, thorough and want to make sure their clients are satisfied, plus they have a wonderful system to be abel to work at home. I am so happy my colleague introduced me to them.

We switched to RingCentral recently. They have everything we need, and they are saving us a lot of money. As a medical provider trying to keep my practice alive during COVID-19, we are excited about using RingCentral Video for telehealth. Their customer support agents are very helpful and have taken the time necessary with me to get things set up properly. Great experience so far.

As a small business owner I was hesitant to switch to RingCentral but I am sure now that I made the right move. Not only does this system give you a TON of freedom and customization to leverage it to its fullest, but the customer support staff is incredible. Anytime I have had any question about how to do something or tweak a feature to my liking the support staff has always answered it and or sent me in the right direction. RingCentral has a great library of videos and articles on their support site as well, if you look here first 90% of the time your question will be answered. Using RingCentral I have been able to leverage my office and team to be completely mobile, I can now conduct business whether I am in a coffee shop or in my office which is a big deal as I am on the road a fair amount. I'd recommend RingCentral to any business big or small not only for the mobility and customization but also for the costs, the service itself is at a great price and is competitive with many of the big providers, not to mention the fact that if you utilize the soft-phone apps then you save on having to purchase traditional phone handsets and can go the cheaper and more effective route of headsets per employee rather than per location in the office. We went from 6 phones scattered around our office no phones and each employee wearing an earpiece to answer any incoming calls. I am extremely satisfied with this service and would recommend it every day of the week.

Real experience with Ringcentral I really want to say something after I read all these bad reviews regarding Ringcentral's customer service level and scam on the credit cards. Did you guys actually used their service or did you guys really dealing with the real Ringcentral? I had almost a month's experience with them, the only thing I don't like is with a two-year contract the price is still very high compare to other VOIP companies. For a new start small business that only requires one telephone line that's really over budget. That's why cancel the service during the grace period. However, I really want to say their products are close to perfect, it works so seamlessly and perfectly with all kind of devices. The quality of the voice in data/wifi/carrier minutes mode are all super great, their 24/7 customer service is so helpful and patiently answers all your questions. I will definitely go back to Ringcentral once my business grows. My credit card didn't get any charge after I canceled them for a couple of months already. While trying Ring Central, I also tried the Ooma office which is Ringcentral's main competitor. The only advantage of the Ooma office is they offer a little bit more features with a little less price without contract compare to Ringcentral. But really nowhere compare to Ringcentral. Just like after trying out a BMW, you go try a Ford.

Convenient Calling Solution Pros: RingCentral has a handful of pros that make the software great and very ideal for doing business. To begin, RingCentral has a mobile phone app that can easily be downloaded on Apple or Android that completely integrates with the calling system on the device. The software gives you a completely new phone line that we used as work lines but the calls come right through on your existing device. As incoming calls come in, your phone indicates that its a call to the RingCentral line which made deciding when to accept a call very convenient. The software includes all the regular features of a phone, such as voicemail. When voicemail messages were left, I would also receive a notification email to my work email that had the audio message included and could listen right on the computer if I wanted to. Furthermore, the best pro I experienced with RingCentral was the ability to complete International calling and texting, both incoming and outgoing. This was the driving factor in me adopting the software and it worked perfectly. I was able to receive international calls without always needing to arrange a scheduled conference call. This made business very convenient. Discovering that I could text internationally through the RingCentral app was a great bonus! Cons: What I've liked least about RingCentral are more so areas of improvement rather than full blown cons. Most notably, while the mobile app does integrate well and gets the job done, it can often times lag and be a bit clunky. Overall, the app lacks a sense of intuitiveness that proved challenging. Discovering and completing texting through the app, especially internationally, was very much not straightforward or easy to complete and required digging and research on my end. RingCentral even updated their app, creating a new one entirely, but the old app is also still active and both remain on my phone and it's unclear as to which should be used as it appears that both are fully functioning. Ultimately, I suppose the mobile app is the greatest con that RingCentral faces. Overall: Overall, we choose to use RingCentral to making completing and receiving phones calls from external partners easier for our employees. It effectively did exactly what we hoped. Made life easier and solidified an appropriate work life balance. No longer did employees need to give out their personal mobile phone numbers but they were able to use their RingCentral line that went to the very same device. The RingCentral app integrated nicely onto iPhones and made the experience quite hassle free.

It works but... An iPhone alarm will hijack your call audio and forcibly mute it requiring you to drop off and rejoin the meeting.
