A VOIP phone system is a really good thing to have for your business. It allows you to block incoming spam calls…and is very flexible. Ring Central is a very good system. They make it possible for you to configure your phone system easily…and configure it just about any way you want. The tech support is great and the people are nice to deal with. If you are looking for a good VOIP phone system…RingCentral is the way to go.

Ring Central Meeting Pros: I love that my coworkers and I can share our computer screens being in different offices and locations especially when working on projects together or working out any computer errors. Cons: There is sometime a lag in the upload process but other than that no complaints.

Great for meetings Pros: Great meeting apps, supports audio, video and international callings. It can be used to send faxes too. Easy to set up meeting links and share with people working remotely. Cons: Recording the meeting is not so easy and fails often Overall: Meeting with teams on different locations, work from home etc

I’ve been a user for many years. I used to have problems in the earlier years with not being able to fax to certain 1-800 numbers and sometimes getting poor voice quality for calls but that has since been fixed. I have no issues any more with both calling or faxing and their quality has improved significantly. Their customer support has always been good in quickly answering my questions and fixing any issues I’ve had.

Ran a one woman business with an 800 number from Ring Central and had a large company presence Pros: I had multiple phone extensions and was able to record a professionally recorded outbound message so that none of my customers knew that I didn't have legitimate office and was often working from my home or even from my car at times. Cons: Initially when I created my account in 2007 it was a bit difficult to set up but I believe it is simpler now. The price has went up since I started. Overall: RingCentral was very beneficial to my business and my number was able to forward to my cell, my home phone and eventually to other staff phones lines simultaneously. I had a fax number included with my plan which was essential to my business at the time.

Ring central Pros: LOVE the fact that I can make and receive phone calls. Extremely easy to navigate and have all calls recorded to verify any discrepancies. However more importantly, provide coaching to my people to improve customer satisfaction Cons: Such an easy program to use and haven't had one complaint yet

Perfect Digital Fax Service I use RINGCENTRAL for my digital faxing. It's inexpensive and very easy to use. They are also very helpful with keeping the same number I was using as my landline fax machine. They did all the work. Again, very good and easy company to work with.

Business ... meh This line is used for business and it tends to be iffy on the quality sometimes. The customer support is terrible. We’ve had issues on extensions ringing through on some but not others. And then we call for support we have non-American help that is sub par with no answers. Do better.

Great for video conferencing and the iPhone one-tap is amazing! Recently switched from Webex to RingCentral and so far so good. Great for video conferencing and the best part about joining a RingCentral meeting when you're remote and want to use your phone is the iPhone one-tap in the meeting invite, where it will automatically dial in the telephone number and meeting ID with just one click. Our office phone is now serviced through RingCentral also and it's super helpful to see who is calling me.

Solid Application I use this app as my primary business, as I’m typically out of the office with client visits. Very solid app... no issues with the app itself. The only issue I’ve run into is coverage with my cell phone carrier... some times I lose calls... that’s not the app’s fault. I love being able to send texts and faxes.
