Are used Ring Central recently to be able to teach a class for a corporate client. I found the connection to be reliable for the most part with only a couple of drops during four days of class.

Very Solid and Does What it is Supposed To Do Pros: The messaging feature works well for communication within the office. The app seems to get better and better. Cons: There are times when we are trying to do something very simple and it ends up taking a lot of research and work to figure out how to accomplish it. Overall: Have been using it for several years and it does seem to get better as time goes on. It consistently works as it should and that's very important with a system like this.

GReat tool but can be difficult at times Pros: Very straightforward and allows you to manage several phones lines for my team. We also utilize their texting feature to help continue communication with clients while keeping the phone number consistent. Cons: Customer service is impossible to work with sometimes. You'll be on hold for at least an hour and be transferred around several times before resolving the issue. Overall: Overall its a great tool with a lot of features for the team.

Our company recently switched Our company recently switched to RingCentral after a more than an unpleasant experience with our other VOIP provider. The transition went smoothly and the support very helpful. I would recommend this to any small business.

RingCentral Is more complicated and more expensive over time. Pros: Everything is in the cloud! The app logins for individual users proved invaluable when away from the office. In theory this software should be fantastic. Cons: Constant issues in relation to software updates. For whatever reason Ringcentral seems to be modifying their software, but not simplifying it. Even the support line often doesn't understand what's happening with the service and has to pt it out to their research department. That's not unusual, but it is unusual that they have to do this for even basic requests. Overall: Poor.

RingCentral was not helped to migrate from analog to digital communication in the cloud Modern system of communication in the cloud that allows us to save on the cost of deployment, installation and maintenance of networks, this system is our platform to move from analog to digital communication, the benefits of the software are outstanding what made us choose it above of the rest of the options, during the time that we have used it, we managed to deploy it in most of the network equipment and connect all the collaborators with our corporate communication system

RingCentral Makes for Worry-Free Communications Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We made the switch from PSTN to RingCentral three years ago and I've never looked back. Since this is a cloud-based communications solution, I can complete all the configuration for my system, users, and individual devices on-line. No more having to place work orders with CenturyLink to have a line installed, a feature added, etc., and then waiting days for it to be completed. I can make changes instantly! We are using RingCentral across our entire organization, from office phones to conference rooms. We now pay one cost and get an auto-receptionist included, where we had to pay separately for this service before. The lines are portable, too, since users can install the RingCentral app on their smartphones and answer their calls from anywhere while publishing a single number. Pros - The range of configuration and options included with our small business plan seems infinite. I have yet to encounter a usage scenario for which RingCentral has not already developed a solution, from call queues to sequential forwarding to auto-receptionist to virtual meetings, RingCentral has it covered. -All the configuration is completed on their website, meaning everything you might want to accomplish can be handled in a few clicks. -Documentation is robust. This is a premium service that is extremely well executed. -We have never had an issue making calls that can be attributed to RingCentral. The system is rock solid. -They have apps that allow you to enjoy their services across all devices, including Windows, Android, and iOS. This includes making calls, checking voicemail, sending and receiving text messages on your RingCentral number, and conducting meetings. -The integration with Outlook and Office 365 is superb! You can schedule RingCentral meetings without leaving Outlook, including instant meetings. Cons - Prices have increased steadily over the life of the service. They've also started charging for services that were originally no cost, such as options that forward to non-RingCentral lines in our auto-receptionist options. -I haven't found a way to disable services we don't use, such as Glip, so users don't see them. Likelihood to Recommend - This is the cream of the crop when it comes to cloud-based communications. I bought the service after doing considerable research, as telephony is enterprise-critical. It's also the top-rated solution by Gartner, which really speaks for itself. It can easily satisfy a small office, with the automation features making a small business appear quite sophisticated. Or it can scale to hundreds of users, as it provides for SSO with Microsoft AD and has a number of other connectivity options catering to large businesses. Return on Investment - We now have all the features we want with the flexibility to change configurations instantly, without having to go through a reseller or submit work orders. -The reliability of the system cannot be overemphasized. This is the single most critical aspect of a telephony system, as all the features in the world are useless if the system is off-line. RingCentral has been problem-free in that respect. -Our users have immense communication flexibility now that was simply impossible with a PSTN. This has dramatically improved our customer service. Alternatives Considered - 8x8 Virtual Office, Comcast VOIP and CenturyLink Hosted VoIP - In user reviews, stellar reliability was consistently repeated, and that was not the case with any of the other solutions I evaluated at the time. RingCentral had all the features we desired, too, and was competitively priced. The fact that Gartner recognized it as a leader in its magic quadrant for unified communications as a service sent it over the top. Support - When we purchased the service, I had a support agent that walked me through setting up the system, including configuring our auto-assistant. He was patient and answered all my questions. I have never had a need for further support. Other Software Used - Snagit, Camtasia

Very useful app I work from my home so ring central gives me a dedicated office line that connects to my cellphone. I also prefer making phone calls from my computer so RC makes it easy to be on speaker with customers while working on other things on my desk. Also I like that I can text message on it. It’s like having a dedicated office line and I dont need to provide my cell phone number to the world.

Future of Phones Our Company has had the same phone platform for over 8 years and we were in desperate need to move to a new more updated VoIP solution. We needed a platform that would integrate with our other SaaS, primarily Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. With Ring Central, we now have the ability and flexibility to do all of the above. All the features in Ring Central are very easy to use and learn. We use Salesforce for our CRM and the integration Ring Central has built with Salesforce is excellent. We can now track call and activity automatically, saving our users a great deal of time. Click to dial and softphone are other features our users are very excited about and will save them even more time on a daily basis. The one pain point for us is we have been growing headcount within our organization over the past 3 years and look forward to the continued growth. Acquiring licenses is a process that does take time and communication. It would be wonderful if this feature was ale cart were if we needed to add additional licenses, this could be done manually rather than working through an Account Executive.

Cloud communication software with IP communication protocol It is our internal communications system, most of our communications are managed through IP communication through the cloud, which has proved to be more efficient for our company because in addition to saving on maintenance costs and network deployment, it allows reaching those collaborators in remote places that we had not been able to access with analog communication.

Recommended IP communication alternative at a very low cost and with excellent benefits An alternative communication from the cloud at low cost, we have really saved a lot in maintenance costs, deployment and purchase of analog devices, now we have this software that works by IP communication from the computers of the collaborators, it is easy to install and confgure and has been an excellent communication tool.

Highly responsive customer service Pros: It is easy to use and administer. We use this sytem for agents that provide Service Management and other users in the company. We have a combination of soft and deskphones that meets all needs. The RingCentral App and the fax features are the favorites amongst users. It is HIPAA compliant and the customer service is stellar. We haven't experienced an outage. Cons: Deskphones tend to have echo. For some reason, at the beggining we had a lot of issues with the audio (like dead air or choppy calls) but they were addressed promptly. Reporting capabilities are not as robust as other softwares out there. Overall: RingCentral helped us to solve the use of old technology like physical faxes. It offered an affordable options for tele-conferences and it provides multiple options for customer service, when needed.

Best VoIP system out there Pros: Ringcentral seamlessly integrates across their desk phone, mobile, and computer platforms. Our attorneys are constantly on the go and this helps them stay connected from wherever they are. Using the mobile platforms they are able to connect to their phone to make and receive calls just like they are at their desk. The web browser (chrome) plugins offers features like click to dial and click to text. This means we hardly ever have to manually dial a number to make a phone call. Cons: With high quality VoIP service comes high bandwidth needs. We have to upgrade our network and internet service to be able to accommodate the increase load from the VoIP phones. The switch was worth it in the end. Overall: Overall we are quite happy with their service. We have rarely had any issues with our phones other than the occasional tech support issue. Their staff is very reliable and has 24-7 support and sticks with you until the problem is solved.

"Love Ring Central" What do you like best? I love that we can set a link for each of my coworkers to have a meeting room that we use for our daily meetings for our company. What do you dislike? So far I have not found anything that I dislike abut ringcentral meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now use ringcentral meeting for our daily company morning meetings. It is so much easier to have a video meeting than to try and fut everyone in one area.
