Good experience with RingCentral Pros: RingCentral was easy to use and required very little training. The Video Conferencing was very easy to use. I like the fact that it was integrated into Outlook, this is a must-have. Cons: We also used the IP phone feature of Ring Central. It was more entailed to figure out how to use than the Video Conferencing. I would also like if it has a "Share Clean" option on the Video Conferencing. Overall: My overall experience was very positive and I would recommend this product. We switched from one of the "mature" competitors in the market so we were worried about a downgrade. This wasn't the case at all, and we have been very happy with the product.

No voice notes and no event reminders If it had those two things it would be the perfect workspace app. I use it for my company but really wish it had these options specially the even reminders we wouldn’t have to continue using calendar invites through outlook otherwise.

When using the Plantronic Headset with this system there seems to be a lot of static most of the time and we cannot seem to correct it, which is not what I obviously hoped for when talking to providers. If there is a way to correct the static noise heard by the person on the other end of the line this would be a very good system. If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

So far.... Our company has been using this app for a few months. So far like it. Would like to be able to use my own ringtones when setting up this app so I know which call is personal or business.

No need for Fax machines Pros: In our office we fax a lot of things so having this service has allowed multiple people send out fax all at once! super easy Cons: Sometimes it is a little slow...Vendor have previously reported it taking 15 minutes for invoices to come in and incomplete faxes as well Overall: Overall it is very reliable and the fact I can fax something right from the computer is awesome and worth it

Communicate Easily Pros: Ring Central is a one-stop-shop that had a lot of useful features. The video conference invite provides all of the information that a participant would need. Cons: I had a few issues with 3rd party accessories working properly during conference calls. Voicemail to email did not work properly. Overall: Overall I think that Ring Central was a great value and saved our team a lot of time.

great product Pros: very easy to use and create custom settings for call forwarding to mobile devices the ability to have several voice mail greetings on file to chose from Cons: only problem with call forwarding is that you gotta answer the phone and then press 1 to accept the call Overall: very affordable and the ability to expand once the company grows

One of the best phone solution companies I have used! Pros: There is a lot to say about Ring central, and 99% of it is all positive! This is great phone solution company, competitively priced, industry leading ease of use for its customers, and very responsive and helpful support! Overall it was a pleasure to use, and I would highly recommend it to anyone as long as you don't need a phone solution that can Integrate with Pipedrive. Cons: The 1% negative part about this company is that we couldn't integrate it with our current sales CRM Pipedrive, which ultimately was the reason we switched. Other than that, it was one of the easiest phone systems to use, and I never had an issue unsolved with their support team. Overall: Great experience with Ring Central, and I think it's honestly a perfect fit for any business that needs a phone service to record phone calls with customers, have a grouping tree of who the calls go to, and overall sales in general. It is extremely powerful to be able to go back and listen to your call with a customer, and assess what you could have done better with someone more experienced in sales.

ringcentral Pros: Ring central has been a very easy to use and dependable software when it comes to our voip. Extremely happy. Cons: I wish we were able to put custom hold music for our customers to hear info about our company instead of music. Overall: Extremely happy with the overall experience with ringcentral office.

New age way to stay connect with co-workers and clients Pros: I love how you can be anywhere in the country yet always stay connected to your office line. Clients do NOT know where you are calling from either. I also love the texting feature - helps keep business and personal life separate. Cons: It could be operator error, but it sometimes does not alert me right away when I miss a call/receive a voicemail on my cell phone. Overall: At one point in time I pondered if it was worth having two phones for work and personal use - this removes the need all with the simple use of an app.

Customer service representatives are very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to speak with. I was having an issue and 1 representative would not give up until they solved it, which they did. I would recommend RingCentral.

It took a while, but I think they finally have it right. For me, the data base was useless; the emails did not work; finally when I got to speak to a live person did everything work properly after a few minutes of tweaking.

Ring Central Pros: I like that this does very well the basics of phone interactions--answer, hold, available, unavailable, transfer. Cons: We had a difficult time integrating Ring Central with our system. Whether or not that was our issue, it was a pain. Overall: RingCentral is something I would recommend in the future.
