Love this program ... easy to use Pros: Easy for all users to use and has a correlation to email that is seamless. Keeps our office well organized. Cons: I would like to be able to set up separate departments with extensions within them. Either I cant or don't know how.

Great Service Our company has had Ringcentral for just over 1 year. We have had no problems and the price is great. We were paying a lot more with our old carrier. We would recommend them hands down. Thanks for the great service!

Best Business UCaaS Pros: Fully featured, works out of the box, simple easy to use interface, works with any SIP based hardware. Cons: The only con I have foudn so far is it doesn't work with video end points which might be deal breaker for some. There work around is to use there meeting software which I believe is powered by goto meeting. There meeting software is a nice included feature but not a replacement for 2 video end points. Overall: Great quality VoIP platform. Completely unifies all of our communications.

RING CENTRAL Pros: THIS PRODUCT IS VERY TO CONNECT TO AND LOG ON WITH, EVERYONE THAT I WORK WITH REALLY LOVES THIS PRODUCT. Cons: THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT WHEN WE FIRST STARTED TO USE THIS PRODUCT IT WAS VERY CONFUSING BUT AFTER LEARNING THE PROCESS IT IS QUICK AND EASY

I have participated in interviews held via RingCentral. Pros: I like that this software is easy to download and widely used. I have come across several companies that utilize this software. Cons: For what it is - a video chat meeting service - I do not have any real complaints about this software. It does what it needs to do.

RingCentral is very helpful. Pros: I like collecting data from calls (how many/time duration). It is helpful in analyzing and planning how/who to direct calls to. Cons: Once you get used to software, it is easy to use. Wish there was scheduling option to change out-of-office during holidays automatically. Overall: I am able to collect valuable data from calls.

Ring Central is Fantastic Pros: Having utilized RingCentral while performing work as an independent contractor in the oil fields, I can truly say this is the best there is out there! Easy to use, exceptionally straightforward. Cons: There is not a single thing that I can say in a negative light about this software. We are beyond pleased and recommend it 100%!

Good system for customer contact center Pros: Many functions for you to manage the contact center info. Flexible and easy to set up and train user. Cons: it would be great if it could develop into CRM systems, so users no need to manage 2 systems to save time. Overall: Easy to manage contact center info.
