RingCentral Office: A Handy Tool for Communication Pros: I liked that you can easily send group text alerts to selected individuals or clients. Cons: What I enjoyed the least was the outdated interface of the software. Overall: My overall experience with the product was positive. It was easy to use but seemed somewhat outdated, but included many important office features.

Great Solution For Remote Meetings Pros: Very easy to set up and use. Easy to give presentations from a host computer with little to no lag time. This a great choice for remote meetings and/or training. Cons: There can be an "echo" effect if 2 users are utilizing the software in close proximity.

Keeps our office flowing flawlessly Pros: This system keeps our office moving and shaking. We seamlessly use this system for everything from conference calls to SMS messages. I can not say enough good things! Cons: Some of the features have a bit of a learning curve

Migration Seamless, Training Beneficial & Product Robust & Reliable Overall, the product has been well received and reliable. The product has had some issues with performance and reliability with international customers but the technical support has been very helpful and responsive.

Great phone and PC app Pros: My company uses this product to communicate internally and externally, the app makes it easy to use even on my mobile phone! Great product Cons: Great product but would like to see the PC app laid out a little better, like a delete button for messages.

Great VOIP option Pros: Love the Voicemail to Text function, and how easy it is to return a call. Mobile app is also great. Cons: Need to reboot the software somewhat frequently or it can act up. Also wish that when the mobile app and desktop app is open simultaneously, when a call comes in it should ring on both (currently just rings on the mobile app)

Consistent Performance/Ease of Use Pros: Ease of setup, easy integration into our CRM, no-frills with fairly consistent performance. Lots of features to customize call handling, notifications, etc. Cons: Would like for analytics to provide information in real-time instead of the 24 hour delay. Outside of RingCentral's control, but just the issues that come with relying on an internet connection for VOIP service. Overall: Overall experience has been good. Very few technical issues with the actual software. Love how easy setup and use is.

Great software Pros: We use it every day for our work meetings and it's never let us down. Always great quality and service. Cons: There aren't really any cons to this software. It does it's job pretty well

Little bit of time for a setup, but then works great once that is complete. Took a little bit of work up front, but once it was setup it has been fairly smooth sailing. Definitely have no complaints and would recommend this to others.

Good tool for VOIP Pros: Ease of use. It is very easy to get connected and start using. Everytime I get a new voicemail, I love how it sends it as an email. The online and mobile are are also great to log in and manage your voicemails. It also translates them in real time so you can read them instead of listen. Cons: As a sales rep I wish I could change my number to anything I wanted. They do have a feature to help you pick from other numbers but I wish I could automatically localize my number.

Ease of use of RingCentral Pros: As a typical on-line video meeting user/administrator my first experience with RingCentral was very positive. During the meeting I was able to view the presenter's web page, chat, and verbally speak my answers/opinions to the conversation. After constantly using another software in the past, I have found myself pleased when presenters invite me to a RingCentral meeting due to the ease of use on the invitees end. Cons: can't say that there was anything I disliked

Ring Central Exceeds Expectations Ring Central is always attentive to our needs. They are even willing to learn from us. Several innovations my company made have been implemented as features with Ring Central. They have provided us a platform of unified communications we never envisioned possible without them.

Easy and to the point Pros: This is so simple to use and I can use the same phone number and log in ID for every meeting so I don't have to send new information out each time. Cons: I have yet to have any issues with this so I have nothing for the cons!

A Great Option for a Work Phone System Pros: I've used RingCentral for over 8 years now and the app keeps getting better with each update. I like having all my calls, texts and faxes in one place. Cons: Trying to generate month-end reports of phone calls isn't as easy as it should be.

I just jumped in with the RingCentral services and don’t see what all the poor reviews are about. I’m perfectly happy out of the box so hope to be still praising these guys a year from now. Setting up the system was easy and the customer service was excellent. Everything is working well and I am pleased. When I finally needed some professional help, my calls to RingCentral were almost immediately taken with basically no “on hold” time. All techs were very polite and knowledgeable. Spent almost 2 hours with a tech one day and he fixed everything and answered all of my questions.

Worked right out of the box and continues to work this day with little to no down time. Ring Central is a great company to do business with. Their product is second to none. Technical support is very quick to respond and takes ownership of all issues until resolved.

Nice internet phone tool Pros: I love the desktop app, I can use my phone with only my computer and bluetooth headset! Cons: Sometimes it has issues with the audio and detecting headset/mic.
