I have been using RingCentral for my office for almost two years, and had the app on several phones. I have not had any of the issues noted by other reviewers. Sound quality is clear, the app integrates well with my contacts, and I believe that I am able to more efficiently interact with clients that with previous, inferior setups. The app works well on both our high end and mid level android devices.

Best softphone ever Pros: This tool is great for any company. Our call center gets everything it needs with Ring Central. Many reports available and calls are recorded automatically which is great. Cons: Even the automated recording is fine, sometimes you need to securely pause the recording to avoid saving sensitive information. I do not see that option available

RingCentral is pretty straight forward and easy to use voip phone system Pros: The features are easy to use, they are easy to customize and you can do a lot of changes remotely and through mobile app which is definitely a plus. Cons: Ringcentral is quite pricey. There are limited phones as well and support is quite hard to reach and can be difficult addressing and resolving an issue.

High functionality Pros: Easy to use for conference meetings and screen sharing. Lots of functionality and helpful when coordinating with groups. Cons: A little bit bulky of an interface to deal with, but other than that, there's not very much not to like!

Easy to use application What do you like best? I like how easy it is to program extension settings. When I am away from the office, it is very simple to setup rules about when to forward to my cell. Also, I like how simple the compose fax feature is. What do you dislike? You cannot program extension settings in the desktop application, only the web portal. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work remotely often and it is important that my customers are able to reach me when I am out of office. Ring Central allows me to be available anywhere.

I'm having generally good luck with it so far, and It's not an awful app -- but the way in which it's organized could use some improvement. We have some call quality issues and we notice a lot of background noise on our calls, but we're not sure which part of whose network is behind the quality - and I don't know who owns the background sound problem (my hardware or their software). I believe this should be quite usable for most people, it just has some room for a little improvement that I think could make it a lot easier for the users. I will put my feedback suggestions for the developer through the app's Send Feedback Email link - which I did finally locate (tap your icon/identity on the top left, then go to About) so I don't bore you with them here. :-)

Ring Central great for calling on Wifi What do you like best? Ring Central makes calling from anywhere easy. I can call from an App on my Macbook, from an App on my Phone, from my actual cell or office phone, and vis a versa on receiving calls. Better yet, I can even push a call from the app on my computer to my cell phone in the middle of a conversation without a disruption if I need to be on the move. What do you dislike? Ring Central doesn't have (or hasn't offered us) anything beyond 'click to dial'. Ideally we would have access to a more powerful 'Power Dialer' type product as well. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure that you have strong access to Wifi throughout your office. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Calling prospects and partners.

Version : 9.4.0 Best Communications app for Small- Enterprise level Businesses I have been with RingCentral for years now and the keep getting better and better. I have a small company with only 2-8 active agents at any given time. Even with such a small group RC treats me like a Fortune 500 Enterprise. Great support and most importantly, IT JUST WORKS! I have deployed the main RC Phone system using iPhones and iPads as extensions and have the RC Windows and Google Apps for in office use. RC Meetings is great and I am just toying around with Glip. I recommend this Communications system to anyone starting a business or have an existing enterprise.

Great for people on the go! What do you like best? I like that calls to my desk can be directed to my cell. What do you dislike? If the internet goes out, so does your phone. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you have a trustworthy internet connection and a backup plan in place should you lose internet connection. Aside from that- the features are great! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have customer service representatives that are able to use tons of features offered by Ring Central. It is great for businesses operating in that capacity.

Great virtual contact center Pros: Ringcentral makes it easy for our team to call clients, have a phone tree setup for when they call and much more Cons: They never have 415 area codes and I have to request them to get these. This means calling their outsourced support department and while friendly, it takes forever to get things done

Version : 9.4.0 For true business, this is great Of all the PBX solutions out there this service is by far the best I have used. I’m always on the go so just having an office phone isn’t really an option for me. Being able to take calls and make calls on the go from my business number is absolutely imperative. You can use the VoIP on this app or you can have it run over cellular service. I haven’t had a time yet when this didn’t work unless I just didn’t have phone service.

Great Communication, Ease of Implementation, Good Support Great communication throughout entire sales and implementation process. Implementation went easily with only minor configuration issues that RingCentral resolves immediately. Solution is very easy to expand.

Solid Phone System with a couple issues What do you like best? Ease of adjusting the system - I can entirely onboard new employees and adjust the phones without help. What do you dislike? The support is really hit-or-miss, but I do eventually get my issues resolved. Recommendations to others considering the product RingCentral generally meets our needs very well - we have 35 users (including conference rooms) across 2 cities. They are adding new features pretty often as well. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having an onsite PBX system has been great.

Version : 9.3.3 Voice mail Transcription of voice mail would be nice. Hate having to listen to see if it's worth listening to. Also would like to be able to delete single calls and not the whole log. And once I view a voice mail (transcribed or not) I want the flashing light on the desk phone to go off.
