Business Great app. There is a lot of stuff to use and it is difficult to map a phone tree properly. Once it’s functional it’s definitely worth it. I like the application on my cell, PC, and overall in my office. Recorded phone calls are super valuable.

Ring central app Really good app the mobility interface and usability is far better than our previous system. It would be great the user status was more intuitive meaning if some is on a call there would be an automatic real time status notification vs the user having to manually set the status. But overall it’s a really good app especially for those who are mobile.

Helps us run our business in and out of the store Pros: I love that it can ring away from the store and has an answering tree to make sure we can help our customers even if we aren¿t there Cons: I can¿t seem to switch from the two lines we have on the app so that I can see how many calls we are getting to each line. I have to log in and log out each time.

Good app but should allow group texts in app Overall good app, won’t allow group texts however in app which affects my communication with my employees without having to give out my actual cell number.

Very easy to use Pros: I like how easy to so share screen back and forth with other users. Loads very fast and has most options you need for a remote meeting. Cons: I think it is a little pricey specially for small businesses. With so many companies going to monthly subscription to use their software adding a little more for a program that perhaps you don't use every day could add a good amount at the end of the year.

RingCentral for meetings Pros: I´ve been using RingCentral at work since I got hired in the Company. For me it has been an important tool since the majority of our clients are contacted via telephone conferences. Also, ringcentral is very helpful for us because we have 2 main locations Miami and Bogota and we use it to comunicate between both offices the entire day. Ringcentral is very helpful in situations in which you need to connect your clients with people in different offices. Even if you don´t use the video feature you know who is speaking because the name of the person appears in the entire screen (which is super usefull if you are connected which several persons at the same time). I had also use it via cellphone and it is super easy to use, you only need to call a particular number and then mark the code of the meeting, for me this is important in cases when I have a meeting but I´m in the middle of traffic or something similar. Ringcentral also offers you the opportunity to share your screen so everyone in the meeting can see your presentations and you can even give them the control of your screen so they can make changes directly to any document if you need it, we use this feature between the teams in Bogota and Miami and it is super usefull because we can work in several things at the same time. Cons: I don´t have any complaints about this software, for me it has been very helpful. Overall: Ringcentral meetings give us the opportunity to connect with our clients in an effective way. Also, it s great to use inside our company to connect our offices over the world.

Decent phone system but a little pricey for small business We moved to RingCentral after out current self hosted phone system became to hard to manage. Overall we are happy with the system, the training sessions were very helpful and the setup and switch over was fairly straightforward with minimal issue. We've had a few teething issues, but nothing major. The only downside is the cost is quite high for a busy small business if you want to make the most of the features - hopefully it will be worth it though.

Great Communication Tool Pros: RingCentral is very easy to manage. I'm able to review my own calls as well as manage my teams calls. I like that we are able to text from the phone number we use and that we can use a desktop app, mobile app or phone to stay connected. Cons: The only think I don't like is that we cannot send group texts. Often clients group text us and we can't respond to everyone, just one number.

We have been a RingCentral customer since last year. Pros: Their integration between systems (PC, mobile phone and desk unit) is great as it allows us to be in the office at all times no matter where we are. Cons: We really wish they had a General mailbox that all extensions would get a notification of a message on. Overall: A simple phone system that just works.

Great Tool For The Workplace Pros: The thing I like best about Ring Central is their messaging too called Glip. You can connect the two tools and it makes workplace communication very easy and streamlined. Cons: These guys have horrible customer service. Anytime I had issues with my Ring Central or Glip account, which was a lot, it was very difficult to fix the issues with their support team. Overall: Easier communication but just hope you don't have any issues!

We use this almost daily and it is very helpful Pros: Keeps us abreast of customer contact when our dept gets busy. We don't have to worry that we may have missed someone because RingCentral keeps us informed. Cons: Sometimes there is a bit of a delay. We can tell that we missed a call, so we are waiting for that info. And there a few times that it doesn't come through as quickly as we would like.

Very useful with many options to customize. Pros: Once it is set up it works great. There are many functions. Call forwarding works great and can be set up to do it automatically. The electronic fax system is very useful. Cons: Tried to set up and change settings, such as call forwarding, it is very difficult to do. Also looking through the faxes could have a better interface and make it easier to find what is needed.
